Apron Anxiety is becoming a book!
We announced the news today. My literary agent, Pilar Queen, did her magic and the epicuriously-chic Clarkson Potter is now publishing it. Such a dream. More details to come, but I had to share the wild news with my readers, without whom it wouldn’t be any fun to under-season, over-cook, lick the batter, burn the rice and love the kitchen.
